Thanks once agan for all your support!
I was a lot less fearful on the way to Toronto this time and was able to enjoy parts of the flight!
On the way back I was more tired and therefore a bit more anxious. It really helped to tell the flight attendants who were superb on British Airways.
The return flight was very bumpy but I kept reminding myself that it was perfectly safe. The captain kept us informed which was very reassuring. The biggest problem was that every time I tried to go to the loo the seat belt signs went on. I reminded myslef that this was funny and tried to relax!
I still have a lot to work on flying wise, but I have had a wonderful, very snowy Christmas and am flying with much, much less fear than before.
Thank you all again!
