Trying very hard to stay positive, feeling very nervous, first time I've flown transatlantic for a long time, 11 hours to Houston to visit family then 2 hours to Mexico after Xmas before flight home via Washington-so I am excited but with extra stress of family Xmas travel! Not been with United before and hoping it's not too bumpy- long time had a fear of flying now and I don't fly regularly at all which makes it harder, my little boy loves airplanes which helps...wish me luck tmw morning and merry Xmas and good travels to everyone!

ps  WELL DONE  WELL DONE  WELL DONE

Just to add- thanks Keith had a great flight pretty smooth considering it was a very windy day, the only bad part was queuing to check in only just made the flight! I am feeling a lot more confident about my next flight short one to Mexico then home your CDs on my iPod have been invaluable there were points I actually enjoyed the flight, the complimentary wine helps as does chatting to the flight attendants

Well done

Keith

Helping Each Other

We're here to help all fearful flyers by giving you support, help, encouragement and guidance.

So tell us your story, ask us how we can help.

And maybe you'll tell everyone you know about this forum because even if they haven't told you, someone you know is also anxious about flying.

Fear of flying? This is the internet's biggest free forum. The only on-line fear of flying course is at premium.flyingwithoutfear.com
