Flying to Naples tomorrow - nervous but not half as bad as I used to be.

Since finding this website and reading the book and doing the audio course, I've taken several flights and found that my fear of flying has massively diminished. I am flying again tomorrow, and I'm feeling nervous and jittery, but that might be partly because I'm off to Naples to get married! I think all that excitement is making me feel more nervous than I would normally, with more butterflies in my stomach.

Anyway, I feel so much more confident than I used to, and that was really down to reading Keith's book and doing his audio course - so thanks, and wish me luck for tomorrow! (and for my entire married life, of course :-) ).
