I fly to Budapest tomorrow.  Feeling very jittery.  Any help.

Remind yourself how wonderful travel is and how life enriching it is. I like to pull out pictures of my travels in the past to remind myself that I have done this before and I can do it again.

Dont workout or drink coffee the day of you flight, eat something but make sure it's low in sugar no orange juice toast and peanut butter works for me. Make sure you are ready and dont rush. Tell the flight attendents about you concerns and talk to the pilots.

Don't let negitive thougths over ride the facts about how safe flying is.

I fly to St Bart tomorow June 4th and I too am felling jittery but I know we can do this.
I just got back from an anooying trip to Punta Cana. I was so scared the night before i thought of backing out. I was almost in tears on my way onto the plane. What helped me was to have my wood...to knock on if i have a bad thought..i also took .75 of xanax. I could not have done it without the xanax. Also when the plane got bumpy i started counting to 80...that really helped..by the time i reached 20 it was over...I got through it...if i can...anyone can. Flying just sucks in general..we all have control issues...
