Things have been going really well and I have been feeling so much more positive than I ever have about flying. I had a minor blip at the weekend when we had a lot of thunder, but with perserverance and some words from keith I picked myself back up.
I fly very early tomorrow morning and have started to feel my anxiety build, I'm trying very hard to not let it take over, but I have become a little fixated with the duration of the flight and with clear air turbulence. I had to stop myself from telling my boyfriend that I didn't want to go early.
This is all very challenging but I hope it goes some way to helping me overcome my fear.
