I'm flying to Singapore on Thursday and feeling a bit anxious, I haven't flown since last year when I did Keith's course and had a really good flight to Vietnam, i think ill always be a nervous flyer but i coped with it so much better. I think I just need to listen to the CDs and read the books again- are there any other tips for Pre flight jitters?! I found reading the posts and success stories helpful, I have a strong imagination that I don't think helps!
