I flew back from Dublin on Monday night. I had a serious wobble during the day, worrying about the flight home with the gale force winds.

It was quite bumpy going up but I had the cd's on my mp3 player and it really, really helped me through.

It really wasn't as bad as I imagined it would be.

Coming into land at Manchester was a little bumpy. I just kept saying to myself, it's all normal, the pilots have done this hundreds of times and its all normal for them.

As I embarked I felt so proud of myself for coping so well.
