Hi everyone!

I just wanted to give a happy shout-out that all four of my flights during my recent vacation went well - as in I wasn't overly anxious and I made myself get on the flight. Plus, I didn't worry about the flight while I was on the west coast!

On my flight from SFO to DEN there was a ton of turbulence - we were flying near (?) a storm system that passed through Denver on 4/22. I'm so proud of myself! I got the "dropping" feeling in my stomach multiple times and it was extremely bumpy .... but thanks to all of the literature on this site about turbulence I felt COMPLETELY SAFE

Not to say that I wasn't a little red in the face and preferred to have my eyes closed ;) but still! Much better than hyperventilating!

Knowledge is power! Thank you Capt Keith and everyone else here.

I hope all of you looking for some comfort find it before your next flight. :)
