Hi Carl... a very late but warm welcome to you and thanks for joining us. I hope you’ll enjoy the network and find it useful to you in overcoming your anxieties about flying. We don’t have rules with regard to posting stories, experiences and emotions about flying. We’re all here to help each other. Despite my 50 years in flying I can only support and give you the facts, the real help comes from people like you, sharing your feelings with like-minded people.

Most people who suffer from a fear of flying think that tomorrow, next week or next month will be the best time to do something about their fear. May I suggest, and I know this as a result of helping people to overcome their fears, that you get on with it as soon as you can.
Don’t wait to do something ...do it now. Face your fear as soon as you can...there’s no better time than now even though you probably feel that you’re not ready yet.
The quicker you fix the problem the longer you’ll spend being free worrying thoughts rather than adding to them. Our promise is to help you to go flying, and within the realms of normality there’s nothing we won’t do to help you if we can.
