Hi ... thank you for joining us on the internet’s biggest social network for fearful flyers, where you’ll find all the support, help and encouragement you need to manage your fear of flying.
The idea of the network is to encourage you to share your experiences and feelings about flying, but if you prefer to just read other people’s stories then that’s fine too. Please add whatever comments you want to any articles and posts here. The best help comes from people who share a fear of flying.
The success of the network depends upon each member helping and supporting other people from their own experiences.
I’m here to help you with the facts about flying and help you to find strategies and techniques to deal with your fear.

Ps May I encourage you to face your fear as soon as possible? You may feel that it’s better to leave it until you are nearer to taking your flight, but the reality is that the sooner you face your fear, the better.
