Hey Jim. There you are!! Wondered what happened to you....hope you are good too. Yeah I last flew in October. It wasn't easy, but I did it. I was very close on the morning of the flight to not going, but some supportive words got me going, along with loads of courage! I think I've learnt it's never going to be easy. But it's never as bad as you think it's going to be. Since the seminar, I've flown to Glasgow, Majorca and this recent Spain trip. I hope to go abroad again this year!! Hope you've had success too. If not keep trying! :)
