Hi Kate You won't go insane and I agree the more you think about things the worse it becomes. But there's a reason for that...you're thinking over and over about the same bad experience. You'll be pleased to know that's normal for fearful flyers....

I am going to Thailand in December and have always wanted to do this. A friend and i are going and the flight is preventing me from looking forward to the trip - so much so i have nearly cancelled the whole thing. A couple of weeks ago i came back...
