Anxiety over flight on Monday

Hey everyone, I've got a 13-hour flight to London Heathrow on Monday and I am terrified. I've been close to tears all day and I don't think I can muster up enough courage to face my fears. What should I do? I feel so tired out from the anxiety. 

Finally booked my flight to the UK

After deliberating for weeks, I mustered up the courage to book myself on a 13-hour flight to UK on 12 Aug. Feeling terrified and elated at the same time. It's a small step but at least I am one step closer than I was a day ago. 

Please send me positive energy! I need it to face my fears.

Hi everyone! I really need some advice about my upcoming long haul flight to the UK from Singapore. I was meant to fly at the end of April, but because of work commitments and visa hiccups, I've been putting it off. It's also probably due to my anxiety about making this 13-hour journey that I've been putting it off.

need advice about an upcoming long haul flight

Hi Everyone!

I'm flying to London from Singapore at the end of June and am wondering if I should fly direct or transit in the middle. If I fly direct, it's about 13.5 hours and to transit in middle is about 7 hours each way.

The thought of getting onto a plane for 14 hours is daunting and taking 2 7-hour flights, at least in my mind, is more manageable. The last flight I took was in December and it was about 5.5 hours. So I feel I can do this.

Ps May I encourage you to face your fear as soon as possible? You may feel that it’s better to leave it until you are nearer to taking your flight, but the reality is that the sooner you face your fear, the better.
