I’m here to help you with  the facts about flying and help you to find strategies and techniques to deal with your fear.

So please don’t hesitate to ask me anything you need to know about. I will always give you honest answers, and I hope that I will be able to explain the complexities of flying in a way that is accurate, helpful and interesting to you.

By the way…we don’t do the hearty slap on the back stuff, nor tree hugging or water trickling, and we don’t do the ‘Look how easy it is to fly a plane’ angle. Ps May I encourage you to face your fear as soon as possible? You may feel that it’s better to leave it until you are nearer to taking your flight, but the reality is that the sooner you face your fear, the better.
