Good for you! I am so pleased. Hope you have your book and are gaining knowledge and confidence about your next flight.
Keep your book with you - I'll send you something to your INBOX that you can print out and keep in your wallet.
I am so pleased that you tried again and just so sorry that there wasn't enough seats. I am glad that you are going to go to Spain in September - let me know when you have booked and if I am around I will try to meet you if my shift allows.
In the meantime if there is anything we can do to help you please don't hesitate to leave a message.
Even though I am mostly over my fears I still consider myself a 'work in progress' as I have the odd glitch but when I look back to when I first joined the forum and how I felt then, well I can't beleive that was me as I feel SO much better about flying now. Still a bit uncomforable when taking off but no terrified. I still work at it, and it has been a long hard journey - no easy overnight fixes - just chipping away a little bit at a time. I have had major wobbles just before I was due to fly but the help and support I recieved here has always got me on that plane!
Let's see if we can do the same for you eh?
In the meantime, look at the video clips (I SOOO want to go in that simulator Keith - gonna start saving me pennies!) read the messages and lets get you 'Flying without Fear'
ps I would suggest the book as a good start :-)
What a pity there weren't enough seats!! Well done though for trying the next flight. Old (ex) forum members will remember June for overcoming her fear and helping lots of other people with her encouragement and advice.
She appears on the DVD
