My flight from the uk to Florida is in 2 1/2 weeks, (my first long haul flight since my fears got bad) I can feel my anxiety growing, I hate it, I just wish I didn't have this fear, it drives me mad !! I normally get something from the doctors before I fly, it doesn't really work though so don't see the point this time, was thinking if either having a few drinks or even some sleeping tablets ? Any advise ?
