Hey everyone, I've got a 13-hour flight to London Heathrow on Monday and I am terrified. I've been close to tears all day and I don't think I can muster up enough courage to face my fears. What should I do? I feel so tired out from the anxiety.

Great news! Well done, I hope you have a good time in the UK and Belfast. Only 13 days until my flight now, keeping the anixiety under control this time as much as I can. Its great to speak to people who have the same fear, we can all help each other.

Hi Craig, thanks so much for your comment. I did it! I made the flight. I still can't believe I did. Up to the moment they were boarding us, I felt like running away. But I'm glad I stuck through it. Really the worse part of the flight were the days and weeks leading up to it. Tomorrow I have a short 1 hour flight to Belfast and again I am filled with worry. I just have to trust that everything will be ok and I can do it. Hope you are doing well with your upcoming flight, you can do it!

Hi Yilyn

I hope you managed to face your fear and do the 13 hour journey, I traveled to Thailand last year on a 13 hour flight, it was very hard but worth the journey once I got there, the weather was amazing and I had a great time on the south islands.
