We have just recently returned from 3 weeks in the USA (Back to Australia). I was a bit nervous on all our flights "BUT" I cant stress enough how important it is to let the cabin crew know you are a bit nervous (or very nervous if the case) I had the most supportive crews really look after me on all flights. They took the time to check on me and talk about how I was feeling and gave me so much information that I felt a lot better (I even got to speak to the 2nd officer mid flight on the phone! coming home and was then invited to the cock pit when we arrived home in Aus) An amazing experience!

Helping Each Other

We're here to help all fearful flyers by giving you support, help, encouragement and guidance.

So tell us your story, ask us how we can help.

And maybe you'll tell everyone you know about this forum because even if they haven't told you, someone you know is also anxious about flying.

Fear of flying? This is the internet's biggest free forum. The only on-line fear of flying course is at premium.flyingwithoutfear.com
