Hi everyone

I am not the most confident flier

I was fine flying as a teenager.

I went through a long phase of being very scared of flying particularly while my children were young when I was always worried who I would pick to get out of the plane if there was a problem.

Having read Keith's book it enabled me to get the logic in perspective of the whole experience and in the last year or two it has grown easier and dare I say it exciting.

But I have one problem my IBS usually flares up around the day or so of the imminent flight. I find I have to take immodium to know that I will be okay on the flight. I feel as though this a conditioned repsonse of being scared for so long. But although I now - well the last two flights I have only used one Colofac (anti-spasmodic) and one immodium and had a happy journey.

I want to know how to overcome this conditioned response totally. Any ideas?

I have a flight to Faro on 6th April.
