This is a fantastic resource especially for people like myself who are currently travelling. I flew from Dublin to Prague today and it was a fairly smooth flight. I did pretty well. However, I'm extremely nervous about my return flights home - 12 hours to Kuala Lumpur then 8 hours to Australia. I'm finding it very hard to put aside catastrophic thoughts, & focus on the reality of the situation. Any ideas as to how I can accomplish this? Thanks again, Amber.
