Hi Keith,

I want to say thank you so much for your help with overcoming my fear of flying, and to encourage anyone in a similar position to take your course. 

Despite having flown a lot as a child and loved it, I had developed a phobia of it in adulthood and had not flown for seven years before attending. 

I had previously done a BA course, which despite the best efforts of those running it, didn’t help me at all, but the small group and kinder feel of your course made all the difference – having the time and opportunity to ask any question at all was hugely helpful. 

The chance to meet and talk to other people in the same situation – properly, not just for five minutes over tea and biscuits – also helped hugely. 

Your enthusiasm for flying and sense of humour made me feel excited at the prospect of flying for the first time in nearly a decade. 

Less than a year later, I have chalked up eight flights since the course and have another four planned. It hasn’t all been easy but it is fantastic to have done it and I wouldn’t go back to not flying now. And even when it hasn’t been easy the continued help and support that you have so kindly provided has made all the difference. It’s brilliant.

I can honestly say that your course has opened up the world for me and life feels full of possibilities now in a way it didn’t before. That is a lot for which to be thankful. 

If you are reading this and want to overcome a fear of flying – or even if you don’t feel like you want to! – you should definitely go on Captain Keith’s course. As soon as possible!
