The idea of the network is to encourage you to share your experiences and feelings about flying, but if you prefer to just read other people’s stories then that’s fine too. Please add whatever comments you want to any articles and posts here. The best help comes from people who share a fear of flying.

The success of the network depends upon each  member helping and supporting other people from their own experiences.

I’m here to help you with  the facts about flying and help you to find strategies and techniques to deal with your fear.

By the way…we don’t do the hearty slap on the back stuff, nor tree hugging or water trickling, and we don’t do the ‘Look how easy it is to fly a plane’ angle.
