Hi there Mike

First thing I'll suggest is to have a good look around the anxiousflyers.com web site. These videos seem to help as well. Get as much information as you can and try to normalise flying. I'm always here for any help thst you need.

I have not flown since August 1986. I did not have a panic attack then, but had significant anxiety on the return flight home. It was uncomfortable enough that I have avoided it since. I have also had Agoraphobia, really fear of panic attacks, and have recovered from almost all of the phobic situations that used to bother me except flying and very high places. I really want to travel and fly easily to the places I'd like to visit. I am ready to get help and am open to what can help me fly. I am not so afraid of the plane crashing as I am of being uncomfortable on the flight. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated and thanks! - Mike
