Hi there I'm new to this forum. I haven't always had a fear of flying and I can't even remember when it started. I am flying to Mauritius in October to get married and I so desperately want to enjoy the flight but I have high anxiety (in all sorts of transport from driving to travelling by train), and have also had panic attacks in crowded places. I do not want to have a panic attack at the airport or on the plane but I just can't help my mind going over and over all the bad incidents that have happened, particularly with the recent events. Help please I so want to enjoy my wedding but at this rate I feel like I might not be able to go. Thanking you in advance.
First thing to do is to stop looking at reports that upset you.
Would you promise to do that to start with?
Yes I will stop doing that.. I enjoy watching videos of flights on youtube I think I have seen pretty much every one so I will only watch the good ones.
