Hi there, I am so happy to have found your book and website. Even having the book and knowing there is a path to get out of this fear makes me feel better.
I'm going to start the exercises soon but I'm stuck on which person or experience to use. I have a husband and two small children I adore, and a dog. And I nursed my twins so I have that experience to draw on, too. The thing is, I can't recall anyone's face in specific detail when I close my eyes so I worry it won't be enough to trigger oxytocin release. I just want to make sure this works!
