London to Vancouver June 20th

Hi everyone!

I'm just here to get an extra dose of confidence before my flight from KWI-London, then London-Vancouver on Friday the 20th. I am nervous about flying over water, and especially with turbulence over the water! I'm flying in a 744. 

I am trying to focus on the safety logistics and the amazing time I will have once I land, but it's tricky with the typical sensations I always feel: apprehension, dread, and worry!

A new fear

Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting to this site, although I've been a member for a time.

I am interested to find out if there is anyone else like me out there in terms of my story with flying.

I have never been afraid of flying. I like to think I'm still not (of flying). I am a frequent flier currently, and although I am wary of flying, I still do it.
