First flight in 4 years on Tues morning to Vietnam, following doing the course with Keith... I'm feeling OK at the moment, much more positive than my last flight, when something negative pops into my head trying v hard to ignore those thoughts, I've found some hypnotherapy sessions use full and reading the books or listening to the fof c.d's -my nerves are centering around that its long haul with a stopover in Frankfurt then a short connection from Danang so 3 flights in a day or so...a lot if hours on the plane...
going on Vietnam airlines which shouldn't worry me but does! trying to block negative thoughts as its my 2yr olds first flight too, hope to join successful flyers group when I return!

Thanks that helps, I have flown with them once before and it was fine, think its just nerves talking. At the airport now waiting to go and so far not so stressed as usual

Sounds like you're all prepared and ready to go.

For what it's worth, I lived in Vietnam for a year and flew with Vietnam airlines a few times, both domestically and internationally. The planes always looked okay and the flights were alright.

All the best for your flight and let us know how it goes!
