I have 7 weeks to prepare myself for my flight from the UK to Hong Kong and I am determined that I will be calm and relaxed and enjoy my flight. One of my friends says he enjoys flying as he sees it as the start of his holiday and I want to feel that way too! :)
I already own the 'Flying Without Fear' book and have read through it many times. I am now looking to refresh all this information by signing up to this site and am hoping to meet others like me who I can share experiences with and get encouragement from.
I will try to update this blog as much as a can on my progress :) I am now off to hunt around this site.
