Well coming up i've got three flights. One from Dublin to London, then London to Athens, Athens to a Greek island.
I'm kinda nervous considering all the latest media attention on recent airplane crashes. I've done this journey before after watching Keiths DvD and book. It really helped, but it was kinda quite in the world of crashes then, this time i'll be extra nervous. But what can you do, "nothing" so i just gotta get on with it.

you'll get there in one piece though. It's just so tedious and draining and time-consuming all the fretting isn't it? I try and tell myself it makes no odds to the outcome of the flight whether I panic or not therefore I may as well not bother but always do... how did your flights and holiday go or is it not yet? I find taking Stugeron travel sickness pills help - eases the disorientation and is a mild sedative that makes you sleepy.
