Its strange..I watch it and im nervous but only nervous cause of the height..but than there is a part of me that is excited that im going on my trip this coming Friday. But I still have those doom thoughts in my head!

Tracy you should keep watching the videos until you stop thinking things like the engines cutting. It's never happened to me why is it going to happen to you . When did it ever happen?

It always feels too powerful for me, like the plane wont be able to cope, its them start up noises and then when it feels like they put their brakes on a bit when its going up...i cry just watching these take off,s, i sit there waiting for the engines to cut out. it doesnt help that im off to Mexico from Manchester on June 4th...gulp. seemed a good iodea when i booked it early last year but im getting a bit twitchy now, got diazipan for there and back xx

Third time I watch it. I still get all tense, stopped breathing and now I'm dizzy...exactly as when I'm on a plane. I'm fine and even sleepy on the runway, but as soon as I feel the take-off movement, its on...Worst, I crunch completely, making passengers next to me quite uncomfortable and I'm just unable to let go until I feel we've reached cruise altitude.

So, guess I'll watch it again and again until my tomorrow's morning flight :S

Oh my God! Now it's official! I really have a phobia! Watching this video make me feel really nervous... it's like if was inside the plane to suffer again… horrors!

It's that high-pitched squeal at the start that gets me... this is a good video, though, I am about to watch it for the third time, and keep on until I get bored, as the site suggests!
